We roast our coffee daily in Chêne-Bourg (Geneva). Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, ensuring optimal freshness. Your coffee is generally shipped within a week of roasting.

Absolutely! When ordering online, you can select the grind size for your coffee in 250g packaging. Simply choose the grind type that matches your brewing method.

The choice of grind depends on your brewing method:

  • French Press and Chemex: Coarse grind.
  • Moka Pot and Drip Coffee Maker: Medium grind.
  • Espresso Machine: Fine grind.

While coffee does not expire if stored properly in a dry place, it loses its freshness over time. For the best taste experience, we recommend consuming your coffee between one week and one month after roasting, and at most within three months.

Store your coffee in an airtight container, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. These precautions help preserve its freshness and aromas.

Our bags go even further than recycling: they are 100% compostable and OK COMPOST certified. You can dispose of them in an industrial compost, ensuring natural degradation with no environmental impact. If you prefer, you can also return them to our roastery for responsible processing.

Shipping

Orders within Switzerland are shipped via PostPac Priority and are generally delivered within 24 hours after dispatch from our roastery.

Shipping is free for orders over 50 CHF within Switzerland. For orders below this amount, a 9 CHF shipping fee applies.

📦 Subscription special: Free delivery from 30 CHF for orders placed through a coffee subscription, ensuring a hassle-free experience and always fresh coffee.
