Our Story

It all started in 2017 with the creation of Bean2me. Our mission: to make workplace breaks healthier and more sustainable—especially coffee breaks. But we quickly ran into a challenge: finding high-quality coffee with real traceability was a serious struggle. Instead of making compromises, we took matters into our own hands. We partnered with a roaster to develop our own coffee, crafted to our exacting standards. That’s how Chronic. was born.

In 2023, we took things to the next level: we acquired our own state-of-the-art roaster, a brand-new Loring. Finally, we controlled the entire value chain—from bean to cup. And that’s a source of pride we share with every coffee you drink.

Our Passion for Coffee

Coffee is our business, but more than that, it’s our passion. We love every step of the process: selecting the finest beans, respecting the work of farmers, and unlocking the full aromatic potential of coffee through small-batch, artisan roasting in Chêne-Bourg (GE). Each batch is carefully crafted to ensure maximum freshness and a cup that’s full of both flavor and meaning.

But great coffee also means coffee that respects the planet and the people who grow it. We build strong relationships with our producers, source exceptional coffees, and go beyond specialty coffee standards. Our certifications and annual audits prove it: here, there’s no compromise on quality or sustainability.

Great coffee shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. We carefully select our beans from producers who respect their land and the people who cultivate it. We roast locally in Switzerland to guarantee freshness and control while reducing our carbon footprint.
