FAQ
On a heat-exchanger machine, a single boiler produces the steam and heats the brew water as it passes through a coil. You can pull a shot and froth milk at the same time, in a compact format.
A dual boiler completely separates the coffee and steam circuits, each with its own PID control. Brew temperature can be set to the degree and stays stable, even when you make drink after drink.
A vibration pump is compact and found in most home machines. A rotary pump is quieter, delivers more even pressure and allows a direct connection to the mains water supply.
The pump type and plumbing options are listed in each model's technical specifications.
