Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Fast R

CHF 2,290.00

The Mozzafiato Fast R is the rotary pump version of Rocket’s most distinctive machine. Compared with the V model, the rotary pump delivers more stable, consistent pressure, quieter operation and the option of plumbing it straight into the mains water supply. All the features are there: OLED display, twin pressure gauges, shot timer, fast heat-up, insulated boiler and a water level sensor. A great choice if you want the character of the Mozzafiato with the reliability of a professional pump.

The rotary pump that makes everyday life easier

The Mozzafiato Fast R gets a rotary pump: quieter than a vibration pump, more durable, and able to run either from the 1.8-litre tank or plumbed directly into the mains.

Connected to the water supply, the machine becomes a permanent espresso station: no more refilling, just coffee.

Fast heat-up, Milanese style

Like the whole FAST range, the Mozzafiato R is designed to be ready to brew much sooner after switch-on. A heat exchanger machine you turn on when you get up, not the night before.

Its bodywork, inspired by cycling and Rocket's heritage, makes it one of the most recognisable espresso machines in the prosumer market.

Full control over extraction

OLED display with shot timer, twin gauges for pump and boiler, water reserve sensor: the Mozzafiato Fast R gives you all the information you need to get each shot right.

Keeping an eye on extraction pressure helps you avoid bitter over-extraction and sour under-extraction alike. The insulated 1.8-litre boiler supplies steam for milk continuously.

Who is the Mozzafiato Fast R for?

For home baristas already confident with espresso who want the Mozzafiato in its most complete form: quiet rotary pump, optional mains connection, rapid heat-up and monitoring electronics.

Compared with the V version, the extra cost comes down to the pump: if your machine stays put and runs several times a day, the rotary pump soon pays its way. 30 kg of stainless steel, assembled in Milan.
