An edition dressed in leather

Pelle means “leather” in Italian. This special edition of the Mozzafiato Evoluzione gets genuine leather side panels that contrast with the polished stainless steel. Each machine develops its own patina over time.

It's a rare piece in the world of espresso machines: Milanese engineering meets fine leatherwork. On your worktop, it looks like nothing else.

The proven Mozzafiato Evoluzione platform

Under the leather is the engineering that made the range's name: a heat exchanger with a 1.8-litre boiler, steam always on tap, and espresso and frothed milk one after the other with no waiting.

It's a platform that has been in thousands of kitchens for years: reliable, repairable and familiar to every service technician.

Rotary pump and mains connection

The R in its name stands for the rotary pump: quieter and longer-lasting than a vibration pump. It runs from the tank or plumbed straight into the mains, the ideal set-up for a machine that stays put.

Day to day, that means less noise with every shot and no refilling at all if you go for a direct water connection.

Who is the Pelle edition for?

For anyone looking for an object as much as a machine: the performance of a Rocket heat exchanger with rotary pump, in a finish you won't see twice.

If your kitchen is all about materials like wood, leather and brushed metal, this Mozzafiato fits right in. And it makes the same serious espresso as its stainless steel sisters.
