Milk left waiting at room temperature between services is a taste issue before it’s a hygiene issue. The Cool Control 2.5 l keeps it at a constant 4 °C, in a closed stainless steel container connected directly to the machine.
Cooling works via a Peltier system, without a compressor. The temperature display is digital and the fill level is sent wirelessly to the machine on models equipped with Smart Connect, which helps avoid running dry in the middle of service. The 1.5 mm stainless steel lid locks, a detail that matters in self-service or in an open space. The metal tube and adapter are dishwasher-safe.
