Classic: Hot Brew

An intense espresso and a well-heated coffee: the ENA 5 expertly prepares these two classics. To perfectly highlight the rich and nuanced profile of the espresso, it uses the pulse extraction process P.E.P.®. This optimizes the extraction time and releases more aromatic substances from the freshly ground beans: for an espresso of exceptional barista quality. The coffee achieves its exquisite and characteristic note during the standard percolation process. These two specialties easily adapt to your taste preferences.

With distinctive aromas: Cold Brew

The ENA 5 also opens the door to the trendy world of cold-brewed coffee specialties. It prepares Cold Brew with the simple press of a button thanks to the Cold Extraction Process. During the fully automatic cold extraction, cold water flows through the freshly ground coffee at a slow, pulsed pace, true to the high-pressure espresso method. This way, the typical fruity aromas of Cold Brew develop, energizing and highly appreciated.

A new tasting universe: Light Brew

With the Light Extraction Process, JURA introduces an innovation featured in the ENA 5. The Light Brew is brewed at around 60 °C and prepared with less coffee than the classic Hot Brew. This results in an entirely new and original flavor profile, which the Light Brew offers at a good temperature and ready to be enjoyed. Enthusiasts appreciate the Light Brew for its light and airy note and aromatic smoothness.
