The art of strong roasting at Chronic.

Our strong coffees are born from a delicate balance between temperature and roasting time. Our master roaster pushes the beans to the optimal point where sugars caramelize deeply without carbonizing. This meticulous technique develops complex aromas of bitter cocoa, roasted dried fruits and toasted spices. Our blends incorporate robusta, roasted separately then blended, which brings that touch of noble bitterness, a thick crema and a welcome caffeine boost. Available as coffee beans or ground coffee, our strong coffees are calibrated for your espresso machine, moka pot or automatic machine. It's this artisanal mastery that makes our strong coffees perfect allies: strong but never aggressive, intense but always balanced.
