The following general conditions of sale (hereinafter “CGV”) apply to the use of chronic.ch (hereinafter referred to as “online store”). By using this site and/or purchasing from our online store, you accept the following T&Cs.

Orders

By placing an order on our online store, you agree to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter CGV).
Bean2me offers its products for sale on its online store while stocks last.


Order confirmation

Orders you place on our online store do not constitute a legally binding contract until you receive written confirmation from Bean2me. This confirmation is issued electronically and must be transmitted by the usual means of communication.
Bean2me reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse an order, particularly in the event of unpaid invoices or insolvency. The data recorded by Bean2me constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or transaction. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes irrefutable proof of financial transactions.
Prepayment orders must be paid within 15 days of the order date. If payment is not made within the stipulated time, the orders in question will be deleted from our system and considered canceled.

Price

All prices are per item and in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Price changes as well as time-limited actions are possible at any time and do not require prior notice.

Payment terms

Customers of the Bean2me online store can pay their invoices by:

- Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)

- Paypal
- Apple pay / Google pay
- Bank transfer (IBAN)


Delivery

Deliveries are made by Swiss Post.
Delivery costs are invoiced, in addition to the order value, according to the terms below. Deliveries are made free home (= free delivery) from an invoice amount of 50.- CHF.
Delivery terms:
9.- CHF for any order with a value between 0.- CHF and 49.99 CHF. Free for any order with a minimum value of 50.- CHF.
WITHDRAWAL FROM ROASTING
Collection of your goods from the roastery in Chêne-Bourg.
In the event of non-collection or request for delivery by post, you will be charged the shipping costs corresponding to the amount of your order.

Delivery and shipping times

Our delivery conditions are valid for Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein.
Normally all our items are in stock and are shipped the next business day after ordering.

 
Delivery address and billing address

All orders confirmed by Bean2me will be delivered to the address indicated on the order. The delivery address may differ from the billing address. These can be modified at any time in your account or when ordering.


Checking the goods

It is up to you to check the quantity and good condition of the goods upon delivery.
If you notice that the goods are damaged or that the quantities delivered do not correspond to the order, you must report this and file a complaint with the carrier (Swiss Post) and inform Bean2me within 7 days of delivery. Bean2me will then replace the missing or damaged merchandise identically.


Returns

You can return merchandise that does not suit you within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Bean2me only accepts returns of merchandise in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
Where returns have been made in the prescribed manner, Bean2me will refund the price of the returned goods and the delivery costs charged within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs are your responsibility.


Quality Guarantee

The Bean2me quality guarantee assures you of impeccable coffee or its free replacement if, despite our numerous quality controls, an imperfection should be noted.
If necessary, simply return the defective product to us, mentioning the problem in advance by email to hello@chronic.ch.


Right of access to the online store

You are authorized to access and use the online store for personal purposes only and may under no circumstances, except with written agreement from us and under penalty of prosecution, use the online store or all of their contents for purposes commercial, editorial, advertising purposes or for any other activity likely to be harmful to us.


Applicable right

All clauses appearing in these General Conditions of Sale, as well as in all purchase and sale operations referred to therein, are subject to Swiss law.


Limitation of ownership

We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the best possible quality of service in accordance with our company values. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the items ordered or for any delay in the delivery of these items by La Poste Suisse, our partner for the delivery of orders. Force majeure

Bean2me will make every effort to fulfill its obligations, but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters or other events of of any nature which prevent the production, transport or delivery of products.
In the event of a delay, Bean2me will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute remaining product stocks among its customers equitably.
