Intensity
The intensity scale at Chronic. helps you choose your coffee profile on a scale of 1 to 5. Intensity does not measure caffeine, but rather the strength of the taste in the mouth: a more intense coffee offers a more pronounced sensation, with more pronounced aromas and a more persistent texture, while a less intense coffee will be smoother and subtler. To guide you, we use our time range: 05AM represents a powerful and full-bodied coffee, ideal for an invigorating wake-up, while 11PM designates a decaffeinated coffee with more delicate flavors. It's up to you to find the balance that suits your palate and your tasting moment. ☕

Roast Level
The roast scale at Chronic. helps you choose the intensity of your coffee: closer to 0, it is more acidic and lively; closer to 10, it becomes more intense and bitter. For a filter coffee or espresso, all levels are suitable, but below 5, it is ideal if you are looking for acidity or are a coffee expert. Above 5, it is more accessible and widespread. For automatic machines, a roast higher than 5 is often preferred for a better balance in the cup. ☕

Our packages are certified “OK COMPOST,” including the valve, seal, and label. Your empty coffee bag can be disposed of with your organic waste, but only for industrial composting.

We pay particular attention to offering you extremely fresh coffees. Our coffees are roasted on demand in batches of 15kg, in order to enhance their aromas. We guarantee a roasting date of less than 30 days , so you can enjoy all the aromatics of your coffee.

All our coffees are roasted on site by Federico, in our Chêne-Bourg roastery in the canton of Geneva in Switzerland.

We fully control our production chain to offer you quality roasted products, with an authentic and unique taste.
