The Pulse Extraction Process P.E.P.® injects hot water in short, precise pulses to bring out the best of each bean in short drinks. The result in the cup: a dense, persistent crema, clean aromas and steady intensity from the first to the last shot.

Speed

You start your drink, everything kicks in within seconds. The P.A.G. grinder grinds your dose in an instant, the 15-bar pump builds pressure without delay, and the variable brewing unit (6 to 10 g) adjusts the extraction to the chosen drink. Espresso, coffee, doppio: your coffee is ready before you've even set down your cup.

Simplicity

The JURA experience, no user manual required. A symbol display, 4 drinks at the touch of a button, 3 strength levels and a water quantity you customise per cup.
