New generation. The Z10 is back, completely redesigned, for now in a matte Obsidian Black finish with anthracite reflections. It prepares 51 specialties across four tasting worlds: Hot Brew for hot classics, Light Brew for more delicate coffees, Cold Brew for recipes cold extracted from freshly ground beans, and Sweet Foam for milk foam flavored with the syrup of your choice.

Its 5-inch color touchscreen sorts recipes by color and makes selection instant, with up to four personalized profiles. The P.R.G.2+ grinder automatically adjusts the grind size depending on the drink, the caffeine regulator adjusts the intensity without affecting the aroma, and the Coffee Timer starts the first cup at your chosen time up to 16 hours in advance via the J.O.E. app.

Four tasting worlds, 51 specialties

Hot Brew brings together the hot classics, from a short espresso to a latte macchiato. Light Brew lowers the extraction temperature for softer, fruitier cups, which brings out the best in specialty coffee. Cold Brew pushes cold water under pressure through freshly ground coffee, the iced drink comes out clean, with no bitterness and no dilution, ready in less than a minute instead of after several hours of brewing.

Sweet Foam is the real new feature of this generation. The machine flavors the milk foam during preparation, with the syrup and dose of your choice. Mocaccino, caramel latte or simple chocolate foam served just as it is, we go from 32 recipes on the previous generation to 51 today.

A 5-inch screen, four profiles, and coffee right on time

The color touchscreen now goes up to 5 inches and organizes recipes by color depending on their category, so you don’t have to scroll through a long list to find your morning cappuccino. Up to four people can save their profile with their preferred volume, strength, and temperature settings. Easy mode gives you direct access to the essential settings without going into the menus.

The Coffee Timer goes one step further. From the J.O.E. app, you can schedule a specialty up to 16 hours in advance and your coffee is ready right on time. The caffeine regulator adjusts the caffeine content across three levels without changing the flavor profile, handy for one last coffee at the end of the day.

The P.R.G.2+ grinder adjusts the grind for you

A grind that works for an espresso no longer works for a lungo or a cold brew. The second-generation Product Recognising Grinder automatically adjusts the grind size and dose to match the selected recipe profile: fine for short drinks, coarser for longer coffees and cold drinks. After each preparation, it returns to its resting position, which keeps the grind consistent over time and helps preserve the burrs.

On the maintenance side, the Milk Assistant lets you know when the milk system needs rinsing, useful if you switch between cow's milk and plant-based drinks, and the Quality Assistant tracks cleaning and descaling cycles. The milk system hygiene is TUV-certified.

Obsidian Black finish, made in Switzerland

Obsidian Black is a matte finish with anthracite tones that doesn’t show fingerprints much and works just as well in a dark kitchen as on a light countertop. The front features a convex then concave curve, the water tank picks up the Z line’s wave pattern, and the cup platform is made of solid die-cast zinc.

It measures 32 cm wide, 38.3 cm high and 47 cm deep, with a 2.4 litre water tank, a 280 g bean container and a 20-portion coffee grounds container. The Z10 is made in Switzerland, Wi-Fi connected and rated A for energy efficiency.
