The JURA E10 brings cold extraction to the E line. Compact, precise, and designed for intensive everyday use, this automatic coffee machine prepares 36 specialties across four drinking worlds: Hot Brew for hot classics, Cold Brew for true cold recipes, Light Brew for a gentle extraction close to filter coffee, and Sweet Foam for delicately flavored milk foam.

Its P.A.G.2+ grinder and seven grind size settings let you fine-tune the extraction to suit the profile of each coffee bean, from a dense espresso blend to a more delicate single origin. A complete machine, connectable to the J.O.E.® app, that gives you access to almost the entire JURA repertoire without moving up to the next range.

Cold extraction arrives in the E range

Until now reserved for the most high-end models, cold extraction is now making its way into the E10. Cold water passes through the grounds in successive pulses, without ever being heated, to gently extract the aromas. The result has nothing to do with a hot coffee cooled down with ice cubes: cold brew keeps its body, its fruity notes and its clarity, with no dilution or unwanted bitterness. With a seasonal coffee Chronic. with floral or fruity profiles, you can taste the difference from the very first sip.

Four tasting worlds, 36 specialties

Hot Brew for the classic hot coffees, from a short espresso to a long coffee. Cold Brew for cold recipes prepared with true cold extraction. Light Brew for a gentle percolation that brings your cup closer to a filter coffee, with finer aromas and brighter acidity. Sweet Foam for flavored milk foam made directly during preparation, silky texture included. Four different extraction logics in a single machine, each identified by its color code on the screen, so you never get lost in the menu.

A P.A.G.2+ grinder and seven grind settings

Good coffee beans deserve the right grind. The second-generation Professional Aroma Grinder works fast without heating the grounds, and returns to its resting position after each cycle, so the grind stays consistent from the first cup to the last. Aroma Control gives you direct access to seven settings, letting you fine-tune the extraction depending on the coffee in the hopper. A dense espresso blend and a washed single origin do not need the same thing, and the E10 lets you make that distinction without tools or disassembly.

Easy to live with, easy to maintain

27 cm wide, a 1.9-litre water tank and a 280 g bean container, the E10 fits on a standard countertop without needing to reorganize your kitchen around it. The 3.5-inch colour display and side buttons get straight to the point, without endless menus. The Quality Assistant monitors the machine’s status and starts rinsing, cleaning and descaling at the right time. With a CLARIS filter cartridge, descaling even becomes unnecessary. And via the J.O.E.® app, the Coffee Timer starts the first cup at your chosen time, up to sixteen hours in advance.
