The JURA S10 takes over from the S8 in the S line and pushes things a step further. Obsidian Black finish, 27 centimetres wide, a 4.3-inch touchscreen and 45 specialties on the menu, from ristretto to Cold Brew, prepared with the same consistency from morning to night.

The P.A.G.2+ grinder and the P.E.P. pulse extraction process work together to bring out the aromatic detail of freshly roasted coffee. On the milk side, the fine foam Pro spout delivers dense foam, and the Milk Assistant keeps the circuit clean when different milks are used in the same kitchen.

An automatic coffee machine for those who host often, like to switch up recipes, and do not want to choose between one-touch convenience and quality in the cup.

The P.A.G.2+ grinder and pulsed extraction process do justice to coffee beans

The Professional Aroma Grinder G2+ grinds quickly and evenly, without heating the grounds, which matters a lot with freshly roasted specialty coffee. Then the P.E.P. pulsed extraction process sends water in short bursts through small volumes, increasing contact time so the espresso gains body and length. In concrete terms, the S10 does not flatten the coffee you give it. A 05AM keeps its chocolatey roundness, a 04PM stays lively and fruity, and a change of beans comes through from the very first cup.

Consistent milk foam, even when everyone takes their milk differently

The Pro fine foam frother creates dense, glossy foam, the kind that holds on a cappuccino and can be worked into a flat white. The Hot Milk function serves milk at the right temperature for indulgent recipes, and Sweet Foam flavours the foam during preparation when you're in the mood for a flavoured latte. The Milk Assistant prompts a rinse when switching from cow's milk to a plant-based drink, so flavours don't mix. Cleaning the milk system starts with a single touch.

Cold Brew, Intense Cold Brew and Light Brew ready in just a few minutes

That’s the real difference compared to the previous generation. Instead of waiting twelve hours for cold infusion, the S10 extracts with high-pressure pulses and delivers a fruity Cold Brew in around two minutes. Intense Cold Brew drips down drop by drop for a denser, deeper cup, Light Brew goes for a lighter, more refreshing style for hot days. In total, 45 hot and cold specialties available from the same screen, where a classic automatic coffee machine stops at espresso and milk-based drinks.

Compact, connected, and easy to live with every day

Just 27 cm wide, with a 1.9 litre water tank and a 280 gram bean container, enough to handle a busy morning without having to keep going back to the machine. The 4.3-inch touchscreen guides every drink with clear animations, and the J.O.E. app lets you fine-tune your recipes from the sofa or schedule your first coffee of the morning over Wi-Fi. Rinsing, cleaning, and descaling programs are built in, the CLARIS Smart+ filter is included, and maintenance simply comes down to following what the machine asks for at the right time.
